Hasty Pudding Club Members Vote to Admit Women, Faculty
The Hasty Pudding Club voted by a three-to-two margin to admit women, faculty members, and administrators as members. Despite some opposition, Cheever does not anticipate any resignations from current members. The club, which previously only admitted undergraduates and later graduate students, sees this move as part of its future direction. Vice President Jonathan Bowie '73 noted that the club has been leaning towards admitting women for the past two years.| Creator |
