Harvard's Head Diving Coach Resigns Following Allegations of Sexual Misconduct
Harvard's head diving coach, Chris Heaton, resigned after being placed on leave due to allegations of sexual misconduct. The allegations, which surfaced in a class-action lawsuit, claim that Heaton solicited nude pictures from and sent explicit photos to young female athletes at Ripfest Diving Academy in Indiana. Harvard, which hired Heaton in August 2018, stated that it was unaware of these accusations at the time of his hiring. Athletics Director Robert L. Scalise announced Heaton's resignation in an email to Harvard coaches and staff.| Creator |
