Harvard Law School Receives Backlash Against Religious Freedom Clinic
Students at Harvard Law School criticize administration for a lack of transparency regarding their new Religious Freedom Clinic and its potential to facilitate BGLTQ discrimination. In particular, when students from BGLTQ organization Lambda asked the HLS Dean whether the clinic would avoid cases abridging BGLTQ rights, Manning refused to directly respond. When pushed, administration stated that the clinic's curriculum would not be at their discretion.| Creator |
