Kavanaugh Will Not Return to Teach at Harvard Law School

Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh will not return to teach at Harvard Law School following multiple sexual assault allegations against him. Kavanaugh, who has taught at the Law School for a decade, was slated to teach a course titled "The Supreme Court Since 2005." His departure follows accusations from several women, including Christine Blasey Ford, Deborah Ramirez, and Julie Swetnick, alleging sexual misconduct by Kavanaugh. These allegations have led to widespread protests and calls for an investigation from Harvard Law students and alumni. The students argued that Kavanaugh's presence on campus would create a hostile environment, especially for survivors of sexual assault. Despite the controversy, Harvard Law School Dean John F. Manning remained largely silent, only stating that concerns and allegations are taken seriously and handled through the school's processes.
