Harvard anthropology professor retires amid accusations of sexual harassment
After a Title IX investigation of complaints from Gary Urton's former students, Urton retires from Harvard. In the week prior to Urton's announcement of retirement, 25 faculty members in the anthropology department sent a letter demanding Urton's resignation; nearly 400 students also signed a petition calling for Urton and two other professors accused of sexual harassment to be removed from the department.| Creator |
