Cabot Administrators Discuss Sexual Assault As Lawsuit Continues
Cabot House held an off-the-record discussion on sexual assault and harassment, led by Faculty Deans Rakesh Khurana and Stephanie R. Khurana, following a lawsuit filed by Alyssa R. Leader ’15. Her lawsuit alleges that a male repeatedly threatened, abused, and sexually assaulted her within Cabot House and elsewhere, and that Cabot’s resident dean, Tiffanie L. Ting, discouraged her from filing a formal complaint. The lawsuit claims Harvard violated federal Title IX guidelines and seeks punitive damages and compensation.| Creator |
