Alleged Lowell Flasher May Not Face Charges
Charges may not be filed against John R. Holena '94, a Lowell House sophomore accused of exposing himself to two female students in front of Claverly Hall. Although police planned to file a misdemeanor complaint for "lewd and lascivious behavior," one victim has declined to press charges. Holena and several men allegedly accosted the women around 3:45 a.m., with Holena dropping his pants, grabbing his genitals, and making lewd comments before fleeing into the Phoenix Club. Despite factual inaccuracies in the police report, Holena was the only suspect identified. Lowell House senior tutor Alexandra L. Barcus mentioned that the Administrative Board is in contact with the victims, hoping to resolve the matter soon.| Creator |
