Prowler 'Victim' Testifies at Trial
Francis J. Gallagher, accused of being the prowler who terrorized Radcliffe, faced trial for the attempted rape of Dorothy Drohan. Drohan testified that Gallagher followed her off a streetcar, chased her down Massachusetts Avenue, and attacked her in her driveway. She offered him her pocketbook, believing he intended to rob her, but he threw her to the ground. Her screams attracted neighbors, causing him to flee.| Creator |
