Elster Pleads Guilty To Rape; No Jail Time
Joshua M. Elster '00 pleaded guilty to three counts of rape, two counts of assault and battery, and one count of indecent assault and battery, receiving three years probation without jail time. The agreement prohibits Elster from contacting the victim or entering Harvard property, but could legally return to college after three years. The decision was accepted by both parties to prevent further trauma to the victim.| Creator |
